What Discounts/facilities are available for customers with a disability?
There is a discounted carers ticket available to purchase for a carer who is required to help a ticket holder that is disabled. All carers purchasing a ticket must also complete the Essential Carers form by clicking the link below

There will be disabled parking near the entrance to the festival, please just mention your requirements to the parking stewards upon arrival.

There will be a separate viewing area for the disabled for the Main Stage.

Yes you are but you will not be readmitted without your wristband.
In the event of the festival selling out (as it has done in previous years) there will be no tickets available at the gate. Should the festival not sell out, there will be a limited number of tickets available at the gate (subject to surcharge).
If you have a weekend, day or guest ticket go to the main wristband exchange where you will swap your ticket for a wristband which must be worn throughout the weekend/day.

Yes, to confirm that you’re the ticketholder. You might be asked for ID for alcoholic drinks if you’re lucky enough to look 25yrs old or younger.

The car park is right next to the festival site and it is free. Should this overspill, there are car parks in Guildford town centre. There are also park and ride services in Merrow, Artington and at the University of Surrey.

No, GuilFest will not permit the use of legal highs on the premises. Our gate staff will be thoroughly searching for all illegal and restricted items including legal highs. Anyone caught in possession of legal highs will have them confiscated with the item disposed of permanently.

For reporting or handing in lost property, head to the clearly marked information tent for assistance. Any property will be logged until claimed at the event. If you lose something but don’t realise until afterwards then email us and we’ll try our best to help.
Please bring along an empty refillable water bottle to fill up at the drinking water points across the festival site.
Alcohol and any other drinks are not permitted onto the festival site.
Camping chairs and picnic blankets are permitted.

We are all looking forward to a warm weekend at GuilFest 2026. Here’s what we’re doing to ensure you have fun in the sun.
Several stages will be situated undercover in marquees and there will be drinking points onsite to fill up your water bottles (do bring an empty refillable water bottle along).
The bars will be serving cold bottles of water and there will be ice available to help keep you hydrated. Please remember to bring sunblock, a hat and sun umbrellas (not parasols).
